Diablo Creek Golf Course in Concord is the site for the 1st Diablo FC Benefit Golf Tournament on Friday, Oct. 10. This event is one of the club's two major fundraising events to help with financial aid for families and also for club field acquisition and development.

Diablo Creek Golf Course in Concord is the site for the 1st Diablo FC Benefit Golf Tournament on Friday, Oct. 10. This event is one of the club's two major fundraising events to help with financial aid for families and also for club field acquisition and development.

Tournament Chairman Gene Dolan  is looking for golfers to play in the tournament, sponsors and also donation of prizes and auction items.

The golf tournament has been a fixture of the Diablo Valley Soccer Club calendar for the last decade and now joins the annual winter Crab Feed as a signature event for the newly-merged Diablo FC.

Golfers will enjoy the best ball scramble format on the Diablo Creek course. Entry fee includes greens fee, golf cart, lunch, dinner and tee prizes. Guests can attend the dinner only. A special price has been set for foursomes.
