Let's face it, referees are by far the
hardest position in any soccer organization to
fill. There just are never enough ref's to go
around. It takes a special person with a
knowledge of the laws and the sport, combined
with a little tough skin, to make it. Without a
referee the game can't be played.
In 2009, Diablo FC has
implemented a new program to pay referees for
officiating all of our home league games!
At Diablo FC we try to simplify the process
for new referees.
- Diablo FC allows its adults (parents and
coaches) and youth (14 years and older) to
take the USSF Entry Level certification class we host each
year at no charge.
- Diablo FC keeps you in age specific
games which match your certification,
experience and confidence level.
- You choose the days and times you are
available to referee.
- Easy online RefScheduler allows you to
preview and sign up for league games and
tournaments.
- Diablo FC gives continued support from
those who remember what it was like the
first time.
At Diablo FC there is a lot going on. Be a part
of it!
