Diablo FC Board Elections, AGM in Concord Jan. 25
Annual General Meeting open to all club members

Diablo Futbol Club’s Annual General Meeting, including the Board of Directors election, will be Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, 7:30 p.m. at the Contra Costa Water District, 1331 Concord Ave., Concord.

Per club bylaws, EACH TEAM and each Board Member has one vote at the AGM. This information is being sent to the team manager and coach of each team. The team manager will disseminate AGM information to all team families. ALL Diablo FC parents and coaches are invited to attend the AGM.

The evening’s agenda includes Board and Officer’s report on the 2009 season, discussion of club plans for 2010 and the election of Board of Directors.

THERE IS NO PROXY VOTING. Only members of record (each team and Board member) in good standing will be eligible to vote. The President only votes in the event of a tie.

There are five positions available for election to the Board of Directors. The following nominees have been approved by the Board for placement on the ballot: Candidates for a term of two calendar years (2010-2011)
