Will keeper Frei stifle striker Wondolowski? May 15, 2010  .png) Former club members Stefan Frei and Chris Wondolowski will be on opposite sides of the field when the San Jose Earthquakes and Toronto FC meet Saturday, May 29, at Buck Shaw Stadium in Santa Clara in a special Diablo FC Night Out.
The club encourages every Diablo FC team and player to attend this outing for team building and club camaraderie. Frei was finalist for 2009 MLS Rookie of the Year after his distinguished career at Cal under Diablo FC goalkeeper coach Henry Foulk and his prep career at De La Salle High and with DVSC.
Wondolowski, one of the scoring sensations of the current MLS season, was an All-American at Chico State after also prepping at De La Salle and playing for DVSC. His brother Stephen is a former teammate with the Houston Dynamo is also a club alumnus. Their sister Katie is a current Diablo FC club member.
