Diablo FC alumnus Calen Carr goes for MLS Cup Sunday vs Beckham, Donovan
Houston Dynamo forward wants to join former club teammate Wondo as champion

Calen Carr a former Diablo FC (DVSC Renegades) and Cal Bear will be looking to win the MLS Cup this Sunday at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA as his Houston Dynamo team faces the Los Angeles Galaxy with David Beckham, Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane.

Carr was traded to the Dynamo in March but missed most of the action recovering from a concussion. He returned in time to score the winning goal for the Dynamo in the first leg of the Eastern Conference semi-finals against Philadelphia Union. Carr and Chris Wondolowski were teammates in Diablo FC playing for the DVSC Renegades. Wondo won a pair of MLS Cups with the Dynamo before being traded in 2010 to the San Jose Earthquakes where he has led or tied for the most goals in the past two MLS seasons.
